Steps to Submit an Application


Thank you for your interest!  Please contact us to schedule a tour of the school and pick up an application packet.  We would love to meet you and discuss how we can support your family in the education of your children.

Below you will find the steps for registration and enrollment at Kingdom Life Academy. If you have any further questions please contact the admissions office at admissions@kingdomlifeacademyschool.org

Steps to submit an application:

1.  Review the following documents

2. Submit the following:

  • Completed application form
  • $25 non-refundable application fee
  • Latest basic skills test (SAT, STAR, etc.) {For each child enrolling}
  • Most recent report card {For each child enrolling}
  • Copy of immunization record
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Recent family photo
  • KEYS Program New Family Partner Form
  • $25 assessment fee (for entering kindergarten students/students with no standardized test results only).

3. Upon the receipt of the application and all corresponding documents, the applicant and his/her guardians will be contacted for a family interview and academic grade-level screening.  

4. Parents will then be notified whether or not the admissions team has approved your application for enrollment.  

5.  If accepted, you will have 2 weeks to submit a completed enrollment packet with the corresponding enrollment and curriculum fees to hold your child’s spot in the classroom. 

Admittance to Kingdom Life Academy is by application only.  Acceptance, including terms and conditions, is determined by the administration.  It is, and shall be the policy and practice of Kingdom Life Academy, in admission of students or the hiring of employees, not to discriminate on the basis of the applicant’s race, color, gender, or national origin.
